Individual Psychotherapy: A Path to Healing and Growth
Life’s challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving us stuck in patterns of distress, self-doubt, or emotional pain. Individual psychotherapy offers a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with the guidance of a compassionate and skilled therapist. My approach is humanistic, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive, ensuring that therapy is tailored to your unique background, values, and lived experiences.
Using a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), I work collaboratively with you to develop deeper self-awareness, improve emotional regulation, and build effective coping strategies. CBT helps identify and change unhelpful thought patterns, while DBT provides tools for emotional balance and distress tolerance. EFT fosters a deeper understanding of emotions and relationships, and Narrative Therapy empowers you to reshape your personal story in a way that aligns with your strengths and values. SFT keeps the focus on practical steps for change, helping you move toward your goals.

Through our work together, you can gain insights into past experiences that may be influencing your present, while also developing skills to manage stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Whether you are navigating a life transition, struggling with self-esteem, healing from past wounds, or simply seeking personal growth, therapy provides a space for meaningful transformation.
Healing begins when we feel seen, heard, and understood. In our sessions, I strive to create an environment where you feel safe to express yourself openly, without judgment. Together, we can uncover patterns that no longer serve you and cultivate resilience, self-compassion, and a deeper connection to yourself and those around you. Therapy is not just about overcoming difficulties—it is about discovering your strengths, reclaiming your narrative, and moving forward with greater clarity and confidence.
